These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Bazsy link building platform and website (the "Service"), operated by Bazsy Media Pvt. Ltd. ("Bazsy", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Bazsy provides a platform where users can discover vetted websites, order guest posts and link insertions, and track placements. We curate and manage the catalogue of sites available on the platform.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Orders and delivery

When you place an order, you submit details such as target URLs, anchor text, and content preferences.
Estimated turnaround times are indicative; most placements are delivered within the timeframe shown on the relevant listing.
We may decline or cancel orders that violate these Terms or a site's content rules.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown per placement and may vary by site and niche. Sensitive niches may carry a specialist multiplier. You agree to pay all applicable fees at the time of order. All fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Cancellations and refunds

You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, provided work has not already begun. Where a delivered placement does not match the listing, we will re-do or refund it at our discretion. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Promote illegal, harmful, deceptive, or infringing content.
Submit malware, spam, or content that violates a site's guidelines.
Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
Resell or misrepresent the Service without our written permission.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding content you provide), is owned by Bazsy and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you submit and grant us a licence to use it as needed to deliver your orders.

8. Third-party sites

Placements appear on third-party websites that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for the ongoing availability, editorial decisions, or conduct of those third-party sites.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee specific SEO results, rankings, or traffic outcomes from any placement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bazsy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Bazsy harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that may cause harm. You may stop using the Service at any time.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in India.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
