What we collect
We collect only what the platform needs to run an account and fulfil an order.
- Account data — name, work email, company name and billing details you enter when you register.
- Project data — the domains, target URLs and anchors you add to a project, so we can brief publishers and verify placements.
- Order data — the listings you buy, the price paid, and the published URL of each placement.
- Usage data — pages viewed, filters applied and features used, to understand where the product is unclear.
- Support correspondence — messages you send us and our replies.
We do not collect special-category personal data, and we do not ask for it.
Why we use it
- To create and administer your account and workspaces.
- To fulfil orders — briefing publishers, handling revisions and confirming a link went live.
- To take payment and issue invoices.
- To monitor placements after publication so the replacement guarantee can be honoured.
- To send service messages about your orders, and marketing email only where you have opted in.
- To meet our tax, accounting and legal obligations in India and in the markets we sell into.
Who we share it with
We share the minimum needed to deliver a placement. A publisher receives the brief, the target URL and the anchor for your order — never your billing details, and never your other projects.
We also use processors for hosting, payment processing, email delivery, analytics and customer support. Each is bound by contract to process data only on our instructions. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.
Where data is stored
Account and order data is stored on infrastructure located in [region]. Where data moves outside its country of origin, that transfer is covered by standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.
How long we keep it
Account and project data is kept for as long as the account is open. After closure, order and invoice records are retained for [period] to satisfy tax and accounting law; everything else is deleted or anonymised within [period].
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or export it in a portable format. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time from the footer of any marketing email. Where you believe we have handled a request badly, you may complain to your local supervisory authority.

We use cookies that are strictly necessary to keep you signed in, plus analytics cookies that are set only if you accept them. You can change that choice at any time.
Security
Access to production data is restricted to staff who need it, protected by single sign-on and multi-factor authentication, and logged. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Children
The platform is sold to businesses and is not intended for anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will email account holders before the change takes effect, and record the date at the top of this page.
