The service
Bazsy is a marketplace. We list vetted publishers with their own rates, their traffic and their editorial requirements, and we handle the brief, the placement and the verification that a link went live. Link building, content marketing and link insertions are available now; digital PR and brand mentions are in development and are marked as such in the marketplace.
We are not the publisher. Editorial decisions — including whether to accept a brief, how a piece is written and whether it stays published — rest with the site owner.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for the security of your credentials, and for everything done under your account. Agencies may create workspaces per client; the account holder remains responsible for all of them.
Orders and pricing
Each listing shows the publisher’s own rate and our platform fee on separate lines. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay. There is no minimum order and no subscription — the account stays open whether or not you order in a given month.
An order is accepted when payment clears. Turnaround times shown on a listing are the publisher’s estimate, not a guarantee.
Your content and your targets
You confirm that the target URLs, anchors and any supplied copy are lawful, are not misleading, and do not infringe anyone’s rights. You grant us the licence needed to pass that material to a publisher for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
We may refuse or cancel an order for content we consider unlawful, deceptive, or outside the categories a publisher accepts.
Placement guarantee
Placements are monitored after publication. If a link is removed within 12 months of going live, we rebuild it on an equivalent site at no additional cost. The guarantee does not cover links removed because the target URL was taken down, redirected or changed after publication, and it does not cover ranking outcomes.
No ranking guarantee
Search and AI systems are controlled by third parties. We do not promise a ranking position, a traffic figure, a citation or any other outcome, and nothing in our marketing should be read as one.
Refunds and cancellation
An order can be cancelled for a full refund at any point before the brief is sent to the publisher. Once a publisher has begun work, orders are not refundable except where the placement is not delivered. Where we cannot deliver, you may take a credit or a refund.
Publisher obligations
Publishers listing inventory warrant that they own the site, that its traffic is genuine, and that they will disclose paid placements where the law requires it. Sites that fail our intake checks, or whose placements drop above our tolerance, are removed from the marketplace.
Acceptable use
- Do not scrape, resell or republish marketplace data.
- Do not attempt to contact publishers outside the platform in order to bypass fees.
- Do not use the service for content that is illegal in the publisher’s jurisdiction or ours.
- Do not probe, load-test or interfere with the platform’s infrastructure.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the order that claim relates to. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost revenue, lost rankings or lost goodwill.
Suspension and termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, or where required by law. Orders already in progress will be completed or refunded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed to account holders before they take effect. Continuing to use the platform after that date means you accept the revised terms.
